Tired of feeling like you're losing your mind🙇🏼

Today we're discussing how to beat brain fog to help you focus more, most importantly during the exams. Ever had one of those days when you have trouble focusing or feel utterly mentally exhausted? Tried many tricks, slugged back multiple cups of coffee, but your brain still refuses to cooperate, given the fact that you've an interview or even an important exam tomorrow?

Many of us can relate to this. You might be thinking, what causes brain fog? It can be because of stress, as we live in a stressful world. Or improper sleeping patterns. Another reason can be your diet. If diet is a reason, then you may want to fill yourself up with nutrients to prevent some of the fog.

But if you're doing everything possible and find that it's still inevitable then you might want to supplement it with aromatherapy using essential oils. Things happen, and we gather brain fog from time to time. STRESSFUL HUH️ But the fact that it piles up and then becomes DANGEROUS is something you would want to avoid at all costs.

The first thing we'd love to share is how beneficial USDA Certified Organic Peppermint Essential Oil is. It has amazing uses, all amped up with menthol in it which is known for being energizing. It helps with mental clarity and focus too. So how can we use it for clearing up that brain fog?
