3 Essential Oil Seasoned Salt Recipes To Elevate Your Skills In The Kitchen

Ever tried Essential Oils infused salts in cooking? If you haven't already, you'll want to give them a try today. We've twisted the recipe a little bit to our preference, and so can you!
No matter who you are and where you live, pastas, tacos, homemade breads have become such an inseparable part of our cuisines. Get your recipes some homemade, all organic Essential Oils infused Italian, Mexican, and Spicy Sweet seasoned salts. Just roll up your sleeves and get to work!!!
MATERIALS NEEDED:
- Mason jars *We prefer cuter ones*
- Wooden spoons (1Tbsp & 1 Tsp size)
- Dried Herbs (listed below), Brown Sugar, Coconut Sugar &
- Essential Oils
- Take 2 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt/ sea salt unprocessed having tons of nutrients that come from the minerals that it holds.
- Add 1 Tsp mixed herbs
- Add 1 drop Essential Oil each of: Rosemary, Thyme, Basil & Oregano
- Give it a good stir & close the lid tight
PRO TIP: Conserve the therapeutic benefits by adding them as garnish.
2) Salt Mexicano
- Take 2 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt/ sea salt
- Add 1 Tsp Cilantro
- Add 1 drop Cilantro EO & 3 drops Lime.
- Adjust the ratio to 1:3 as per your preference.
- Give it a good stir & close the lid tight
- Add 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- Add 1/4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- Add 1/4 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
- Add 1 drop Cinnamon Bark EO & 1 drop Wild Orange EO
- Give it a good stir & close the lid tight
