Before you get to know this all-organic homemade recipe for the magical creamy salve, you should first know what causes cracked heels. Here are few things that you should take care of:
- Improper diet
- Hygiene issues

At least you can get 4/7 things right which include: Diet rich in important nutrients, walking properly, wearing the correct shoe size, and maintaining proper hygiene. MATERIALS NEEDED:
- 2 Tbsp Shea Butter
- 1 tsp of Vitamin E Oil
- 2 Tbsp Beeswax
- 1 Tbsp Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 8 Drops of Rosemary EO & Eucalyptus EO
- 2 Drops Tea Tree EO
- 2 Containers for storing the salve
DIRECTIONS:
- Add beeswax to a bowl and melt it in the microwave.
- Then add shea butter and unrefined virgin coconut oil and heat them lightly until they dissolve well.
- Let the mixture cool down.
- Then add 1 tsp of Vitamin E along with all the remaining oils and essential oils from the ingredients list and give it a final mix.
- This recipe makes 2 ounces of SALVE!
