Though the subject we'll be discussing today isn't restricted to one gender and so the post addresses concerns of all people in general! 

It is Flatulence conservatively and boldly F.A.R.T! A common problem affecting anyone at any time literally at any place. No matter the frequency, you don't want to be that person who gives off a bad smell in the group, right? 🤔 It wouldn't have been a gruesome topic to discuss then. But Farts being Farts…are NASTY! and that's a FACT. 

Whether you are in an office, having fun at dinner parties, or even at a funeral it can be embarrassing and painful at times! It distances you from your loved ones as it spreads an awful whiff around 💨🤢 

The condition is triggered by many different things, including food allergies, swallowing too much air, drinking carbonated beverages or food that stays in your system, undigested. The good part is that you can control and reduce it through Essential Oils! ✅👇🏻 

INGREDIENTS: 

1 TSP of Sweet Almond Oil 

2 drops of Lavender EO 

1 drop of Peppermint EO 

1 drop of Ginger EO 

Fractionated Coconut Oil as required 

DIRECTIONS: 

  • Mix all the ingredients above in a 5 ml airtight bottle. Add Fractionated Coconut Oil to the rest of the bottle.  
  • Massage it on your abdomen in a clockwise direction right after having your comfort food aka JUNK! 

WOOHOO! 🙌🏻 

BYE-BYE embarrassment 💁🏼 

PRO TIP: Avoid cellulose and starchy food such as potatoes, peas, and carrots. 

Sip a glass of hot water with a pinch of bicarbonate of soda and 1 drop of Peppermint or Spearmint EO once in a day if massage is not your thing!
