Today we've Frankincense & Myrrh on our list.
Myrrh and Frankincense are often confused when it comes to usage or substitutes. Some of you might have heard of Frankincense and Myrrh, and if you're confused if they're both the same then you are not alone! 💁🏼♂️

✅Frankincense has sweet, warm, and woodsy aroma.
✅Myrrh has more earthy aroma with slight licorice notes.
✅ Frankincense comes from trees in the Boswellia genus.
✅Myrrh usually comes from Commiphora trees.
✅Frankincense dries to pale yellow, tear shaped droplets.
✅Myrrh dries and hardens to reddish brown pea sized chunks.
✅Frankincense helps with acne, anxiety, colds and promotes overall health.
✅Myrrh helps with oral health, skin health, combats occasional pain and is full of antioxidants.
So here are the few facts about Frankincense and Myrrh. But they do wonders when used together. Since both have been used for centuries to promote both beauty and wellness. ✔️5 Drops of Frankincense EO
✔️1/2 Cup Whipped Coconut Oil
✔️1/4 TSP of Vitamin E Oil
