Many wellness coaches have praised this checklist and have emphasized strongly on the pointers listed below to know if a brand of essential oils or carrier oils is worth your investment or not.Β

- Purchase from companies that mention product origin, botanicalΒ name,Β and common name on the packaging to assess the quality of the product.Β
- Must be in a dark colored bottle to prevent sunlight damaging the constituents of the extract.Β
- Do not buy single oil in bulk, rather consider purchasing different oils along with a carrier oil as essential oils have longer shelf lives and are used in less quantity.Β
- Must not be adulterated.Β
- Must mention uses: Topical/ Aromatic/ Internal.Β
